Here are some of the questions we get asked most often.  If there is anything else you would like to ask about The Farm and can't find the answer here, simply,  contact us.

Do we have to book ?

Yes definitely, we get booked up particularly on weekends and school holidays. 

Bookings for the Daycare bus are essential.

Do you charge by the day?

Yes – the arrival is charged as a full day, regardless of when your dog is dropped off.  For example, if you drop off your dog in the afternoon, that is considered the first day however we require overnight stays to come in the morning.   The new day begins at 9.30am (so if you collect your dog by 9.30am on the day they are going home, that is not an extra day, if it is after 9.30am that is charged as a new day and includes meals).

What type of payment do you accept?

Cash or Internet banking

What vaccinations does my dog need to stay with you?

DHP - Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus current within 1 year,  Leptopirosis current within 1 year or within 4 weeks of visit and Kennel Cough, must have been administered within the last 12 months and at least seven days prior to arrival.   Evidence of vaccinations must be provided.

Will my dog settle with you?

The Farm has been set up to provide interaction and companionship; there is plenty to do, see and get involved in, and lots of playtime and attention from us.

Can I provide my own food for my dog?

No problem, we are happy for you to do this, however, please note there is no discount in fees.

Will you administer medication for my dog?

Yes, but please let us know about medical problems before you arrive.  There is an additional charge of $5/day to administer medication.  Please bring the medication in a clearly marked bag/box.  Please note, however, that we do not accept dogs with contagious diseases or conditions.

Can I bring bedding/toys for my dog?

Yes, but we cannot be responsible for the items. We provide plenty of clean bedding and toys.

Will I receive a refund if I collect my dog early?

Due to high demand unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for partial stays should you choose to collect your dog earlier than arranged.
